2. Can I change or cancel my appointment?
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please notify us at least 24-hours prior to avoid a 50% (of the service booked) late cancellation fee. If canceled within 3 hours of the appointment time or no-shows, you will be charged in full with 20% gratuity. If you reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, the cancellation policy takes effect.
